The fragrance of rose tea and longing of you
Darling, I miss you so much. I am so glad for technology which allows us to communicate cheaply over long distances where time is 12 hours different from Singapore.
Every time I go to bed, I think of you awake, in your afternoon either working or at home.
In the morning I get up and check anxiously for any messages from you because you would have finished work and eating dinner. I leave my computer on in longing to hear from you.
I get some messages from you, but alas you have already logged off from the Internet.
Today I secretly switch on the messenger and chatted a little with you. So glad to hear from you and that you are doing fine. In fact you are having late dinner!
The fragrance and taste of the rose tea we purchased together reminds of romance and longing to be together. I had started drinking it on Thursday. I can't help but take a deep sniff at the scent.
