Fulfilling day at work?

Well I certainly thought so. ;) Better late than never. Had not-so-good working days and feeling rather un-accomplished.

Today's good for me. I am looking forward to the Sentosa outing. :D

Can't wait to go home soon? I wana confirm whether KoF is on today, if not I go over Jess place and rot. So TIREDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD~~~~

Miss Magic already. She's such a dear in the morning. We always say if she could dial the telephone, our office phones will ring every 5 minutes with her asking,"Jiejie, what time you coming home?" o_O

P/S: Michelle, if you are reading this, Jonathon asked about you today :p

I don't want you to.....

not to love me! So sweet right? It's whispered in tears to a gal from a guy who were major quarreling during "the amazing race". My heart-strings were tugged and I could almost feel a teardrop from my eye.

Just thought I would share with you all early this morning ;)

Wet Wednesday... and a day where my kneecap goes~

Well, stood up awkwardly this morning, my knee gave way. :( It still hurts now.

Had nice lunch with Darling today. :) Hehehe our favourite fish soup and I added a little something ;)

Basically it has been a boring work week. Was aimlessly and headlessly zombie-ing around doing work?

I think I have not been managing my time well. But heck~

Looking forward to family day at Sentosa! I haven't been there for ages and it's our first time there together. ^_^ And we get to sit a cable-car ride back. Cool!~

I want to go underwater world to see fishes. :D

Wished there's something nice to watch at the movies. Nothing seems even enticing after "The Incredibles".

Note to self: Sis hair started curling and puffing out the volume. Hope it's resolved soon. Maybe can go back salon to redo the curly part. Her ends are burnt. Jess reckons it's because my sis didn't wash off the setting solution yesterday when she washed her hair. I wouldn't be the wiser.

Alrighty, I think I better leave soon, don't want to be late! Tata!

Clan meeting and photo taking

Well, was already running late, so took taxi down with sister. Sponsored sister and her friend some gaming and bought dinner for them too. We had a short meeting and photo taking and my hair so messy I also don't care. :p Met up with peeps I haven't met before like MilkyWay. Cool~!

Couldn't make it for the clan dinner/outing as Jess is sick and we ta-baoed dinner back. We were too lazy to have lunch and my sister didn't even finish her Chwee Kuay for breakfast!!!!

Met a cute King C spaniel in the morning when trying to buy breakfast. Hehehe. Cutey gal was 1 year old and waiting obediently/quietly in the market whilst Magic was trying to bark at kids running around LOL~

Anyway, really looking forward to KoF. :)

Heheh watched The Incredibles

again.. :D Well, on a pretty last minute and impromptu thing, the 2 women in my family decided that they would go to my ex-colleague's salon to do rebonding. Well, it's cheaper than most salons and it's pretty much not too bad either.. except I ended up being their made for the whole 4 hours which I was there doing nothing besides SMSing and playing games on my S65.

We took taxi down to AMK, then I ushered them to the salon, went to withdraw money to pay for SOMEONE'S rebonding. Nonono, not my sis' because she paid for her own ^^v. Really proud of my sis for forking out her own hair cost. THIS IS BECAUSE PREVIOUS YEARS WE PAID FOR HER a hefty 300-400$ at REDS (aka ah beng/lian salon who wana pick fight with me when I queried about the bill)

After ushering them to the salon, I went to buy dinner. Bought noodles for them. They were starving before leaving home. I had decided to eat outside the salon and fed myself to mosquitoes. >.<

Just some background~

The salon is very near where I used to live.. for a couple of years.... It's actually the home where my sis was given birth. I practically saw AMK ITE constructed from a lousy waterlogged piece of land. Felt nostalgic seeing the old surroundings. Passed by my old Primary School (Pri 1) in the taxi. Sigh~ Well, they had dual sessions then, and my PRIMARY 1 was in the MORNING!~!!~~~ omg! Keep waking up late and Teacher threatened me kick me out of school if I turned up late the next Monday. But when I was punctual, I went up to her and "I AM NOT LATE TODAY" then she bo hue me -_-a

After a grand total of 3 times soaking my sis' hair the the solution, finally her stubborn hair is straight. Heard a lot of stupid jokes. Loved the shepherd/golden mix dog the owner had. Dog's name is Long Long. Didn't take a picture of it though. Was laughing over stupid stuff like tough hair that wouldn't break no matter how hard you pulled. :p Well, I laffed as hard too.

After my sis finally finished her hair, we took bus to AMK Central and caught "The Incredibles" [again]. It's the 2nd time for Jess and myself and my sis enjoyed the movie lots. Both women kop my nachos when vehemously denied that they were hungry for some titbits when I purchased my nachos at the counter -_-"

After that past midnight le. Even there was S11 beside Jubilee, we didn't eat. :p Took taxi back.
Missed all my soccer~ ~ ~

The Incredibles!

Watched this great cartoon/animation movie. :) But it was quite long. They had a short snippet of another animation before it. Some cutesy goat hehehe.

I thought the water effect was very realistic... Made me feel as if it was really the stream with ripples and all :)

Well, just go catch the show. Good value for money... We managed to buy tickets for the 9.40pm slot and the movie ended just shy of midnight. Of course the ads doesn't help. But luckily we went to a ulu theatre to watch- GV Marina. With all the renovations going on, I also dread walking into Marina Square. So dusty and smelly. I am sure all the tenants' business is affected. On a sidenote, we noticed that "Ah Yee Abalone" restaurant closed down le. >.<

Before that, we met my sis for dinner at City Hall. We had nice cooked Japanese food at the basement of Raffles City Sogo. After that, walked to Peninsula Shopping Centre (Excelsior Hotel) to tailor some clothes. Actually I wanted to get just a pair of pants.. and maybe a couple of tops, but after much deliberation, decided to get a pair of nice black pants (D&G) instead of a brown pair, and 1 pink french cuff top. Jess got herself a beautiful tuck out top with nice classy blue sheen. :)

After that we walked all the way back to watch Movie. Heheheh :)

Anyway, just on a sidenote: Do many of you know what is FTBOMH? :)

Thinking really hard of what is discussed yesterday,

I always thought that if I do not break someone's heart by sleeping with her, my conscience would be clear. Now thinking back and what has been happening, I may have taken things too casually and slighted it.

Feelings can always be hurt, inevitably or not. I do however hope that whatever turns out, no one will be hurt. Maybe being too nice is bad. I should start being mean for a start?

P/S: If you are reading this: thanks for your gift, liked it lots. ^_^

Boring Monday but real thankful for the break :)

Well, it's the Public Holiday in lieu of the Hari Raya on Sunday. Got a free day from work but the surcharges for taxi and all the other stuff like movies go on as usual. We were planning to catch "the Incredibles" sneak but couldn't due to the rush and lack of time. Jess had a dance practice with her mates at 4pm.

So, we decided to finish the last disc of "Troy" and took a taxi back home from her place as we were carrying the Osim massager.

Waited for her to get back (which is real late due to the jams on public transport) and ended up eating nice supper at Jackson Place. Ordered Neo Hiang and Sambal BBQ Stingray. Yums~ Washed down with 2 cans of coke!! Then went back to catch a pretty sad season of CSI IV. Haiz~

Today is a work day thou~

Went to work totally with almost no mood to work. We wanted to meet up to eat Thai food with my colleagues but a sudden heavy downpour changed our plans. We ate at our respective offices and the afternoon went through uneventfully.

KW and I were amusing ourselves with the bluetooth device on our phones (with my sexy Siemens S65) and we were taking unflattering shots of each other. Ended up laughing the least of the work hours away.

Her shot of me just reminded me *bad* that I really had to have my hair cut. It just won't stay decent-looking for me anymore.

I want to cut Marine/crew style but Jess doesn't like it... so HOW???

Sunday is Hari Raya! :)

Well, didn't do much. We didn't even watch the repeat telecast of Fear Factor/ CSI- Miami. Hehehhe. Jess went home early for lunch and I was still busy tweaking my new phone (Siemens S65) as I was a total noob and didn't know what to do it. Spent practically the whole morning and afternoon tweaking the phone and downloading stuff for it.

I must say that I had a pretty good buy. I bought a 256MB R-MMC card for only $65 and the Bluetooth device for $39. (and it's working fine not like the last lousy one we bought for ~ $50) .

Downloaded a couple of nice themes/skins for it. I intend to change my icons/buttons, but too lazy to hack into the Firmware. Maybe other time. Lazy to change ringtone too! The Java games are really nice. Downloaded like 3 games into my phone. :)

Then made appointment to watch "Cellular" with Jess @ Tampines Mall. Booked tickets even though it was totally unnecessary. The theatre was hardly filled because prolly it was an old show? We ate Ya Kun Toast before that and when the show ended, we felt a tad ill because we had nachos with cheese and coke during the movie. Bought cuppa noodles for dinner and bought the wrong tin of can food (supposed to be button mushroom but it morphed into baby corn)

Came back and watched 1 VCD of Troy, and then waited for Soccer (Newcastle v Man U) to start. Man U won 3-1 and it was a good game for them. Jess' bro was cussing thou... because Newcastle was his fav team. Hehehhe.

Self-reward day!

Well, we accomplished a couple of things yesterday. We went for a long-awaited temple visit. We had been wanting to go but procrastinated.

Then, hurriedly bought an umbrella because it suddenly started pouring and I don't want Jess getting wet and falling ill again. Godly S$7 umbrella large and strong enough to cover us both. ^^ Then after that we had Mos Burger lunch. Nice. Hehehe. Well, met my ex-roomie and her bf (or husband) but was too darn lazy to say hi. :p

Then trotted down to M1. Drooled over the new phones that were on sale. After a bit of nudge from Jess, I had finally decided to get my dream phone: Siemens S65! It was my dream phone... well, SE K700i was, but Siemen's with it's MP camera lens really got it decided. :D Like the ad says,"How can you measure style?" With the built in R-MMC card function, it's all what I really need in the phone. Was busy playing it. Hehehe. Almost persuaded Jess to get herself one too.

Will talk more about the phone. Till then, have a good long weekend!

End of work week and onto a super long weekend~

Which would have been even longer if I had taken today off. >.<>(playing dota is not a plan, I repeat: playing dota is UNPLANNED!) and thirdly, Jess is working tomorrow, and I shouldn't be rubbing in. So good me went to work with her today and we weren't too late for comfort.

We are still contemplating whether to go to Malaysia to spend the weekend out of town. But she's working tomorrow and we aren't exactly rolling in cash. Plus we do miss Magic lots when we aren't over at my place.

Anyway, looking forward to tonight's Union Bar outing for the both of us. Fickle-minded us might change our mind but as long I get to spend time with her, I am content. :D

Am off work already, enjoy your weekend ahead, and to the Muslims: HAPPY HARI RAYA! :)

The Forgotten

Well, the movie, after the climax, was forgettable. Please do not watch it unless you are terribly intrigued with paranormal like I am. :p

Anyway, we had decided to catch this movie at Tampines mall after our dinner at a certain Ramen place called Ajisen which charged me Service charge for the food we ate as well as for the sweet we bought (Hi-Chew Apple flavour) over the counter. o_O We had late dinner because we were glued to the TV showing "Bug's Life".

Food was ok. We kind of stayed clear from that place after a overly-salty experience over at Scotts. Maybe we were feeling terribly hungry, so tastebuds weren't that picky? ;?

Basically spent the whole deepavalli nuahing at home. I woke up rather early. Played a couple of 2s with my sis in a laggy environment. Then played dota, then had 3 games of 3s which was brillant. First game was with Cow, probably the best player in Singapore. Then met old pal Havok (online)and played the other 2 with him. He's as cool as ever. :D The first game was Monsoon, and my sis almost died due to a mass summon rush. When we finally beat off the rush, she was left with her tree of life, dead hero and maybe 2 moonwells left. The rush was very long..... I had produced adept shaman by the time we beat off the rush. Havok went for mass millitary. Dual barracks with some mortarmen to add in the fun. Nice! His MK died a miliion times. :p. Well, no priests for healing, or sorc for slow as "priests are for wussies" he says

When we were ready for revenge, my sis had a good number of archers with FDs that really added the punch. I had shamans for bloodlust and lightning ward and taurens were building. :)

2nd game was rather silly. I massed Troll Headhunters (arguably the worst unit in WC) with dual rax tech to Fortress for Berzerkers. The focus fire really took down our enemies fast. They had the gall to come to my base and take out a burrow... but at a heavy price of course :p Some grunts to do the macho tanking and we were on our way to a very convincing victory. Single hero this time thou.

The rest of the unaccount time (early afternoon) was spent sleeping with Jess and Magic. Magic was doing a good job of keeping everyone away from us sleeping beauties~

Anger is a sure route to self-destruction o_Oa

Well, I think I have done nothing much this week besides getting angry. But I can proudly say that I didn't let it get out of control.

I thought I got really mad over certain things, but cooled down soon enough. Shan't go into the details because it's all over.

We had a lovely chalet stay. Went to work on Mon and Tues despite having the room. Kind of miss the private time together. We didn't do BBQ because of the rainy weather. Gave Jess her favourite flowers. Glad she liked it. But it withered when she got back to work on Friday. Been spending lots of $$ and feeling terribly broke.

Jess got down to posting the 2nd part of her China trip. Really educational and fun trip. Esp with lots of the yummy food.

My blog skin is still not up (at least from my computer) but I am really glad I got down to doing it. ^_^

Sad that the Saturday is gone already..... sianz.. despite not working..... :(

Phew!!!~

Finally redid my blog skin. Chose the same colour scheme as the last one because I loved the pastel so much. :)

Enjoy yourselves folks. Apologise for the "down-time", missing links and dead shoutout box.

Chill~ Have a good weekend all. Will post more later but now just pure shack~
