It's an unusual day....
Oooo I got driven by women bus drivers... Today I saw not 1, 2 but 3 female drivers of which 2 of their buses I sat. One is the 222 from Jess' place to Bedok Interchange, and the other is 135 from the bus-stop to my place. Anyway, then the bus before the 135 also female driver. :) It's nice to see some variation. Usually it's a male driver?
Well, I just did a personality test on "What kind of Virtual Animal I am?" It's quite cool, do take a look. It's a local quiz btw. :) My results are as follows:
You are a BLACK PHOENIX
The Phoenix of classical myth was a bird that would smear its wings and burst into flames, only to rejunvenate itself from the ashes of fire to live anew.
Your lack of identification with your virtual community may restrict your contribution level and limit your role as a mere lurker in the Virtual Community. Nevertheless, your rare insights are valued by others and this is evident from the recognition that you get from members of your Virtual Community.
Tan, your color also shows that you tend to be less active in the Virtual Community. You are normally just a casual browser who spends little time interacting with others. You may get put off at times by some hostile and inconsiderate members in your Virtual Community. This may discourage you from participating more frequently in the community
Haha just some trivial stuff.
Yesterday was quite a filled day...
Firstly early in the morning went for hockey but no space for me as too many people turned up i.e. we had like 4 extra? blimmy! But nevermind, made my GF and myself comfy and watched the game as they sweated out under the unforgiving sun. We even had to time to go to the makeshift Redhill Close market. Why I call it makeshift? Well, the original site was under renovation, so the whole market shifted to the piece of land just behind MRT tracks. Nearer to MRT! Good!~ We walked 1 round the whole market, bought Steamed Rice Cakes (Chwee Kuay) and soya bean milk. Bought 1 for ourselves and another for a friend/team-mate who's viewing the game also. The game ended in a 5-1 defeat of Barkarites. Not bad a result. Then went home in taxi comfort because the weather is too hot to bear. We had lovely beef curry my mom cooked with prata! Yum! Then after a while, made our way down to Marina Sq to watch "Something's gotta give" with Chan and friends. It's his birthday gathering ^_^ Thanks Chan for organising! :) Not bad! Go catch it if you haven't.
Then we parted ways and went for our own dinner because our tummys cannot tahan if we were to make a trip down to Marina South for steamboat buffet. So we plonked ourselves right at the steamboat/teppanyaki place at Marina South and ate to our fill! The spread was really nice and we had a fulfilling meal.
After that we shopped around a bit. Then went Jason's to get some beer, chocolate and some toiletries. Then took train back. Was so bushed.. that I fell asleep almost immediately if not for the mosquitoes in Jess' room biting me all over! Grrrr!~ Jess keeps saying that I look so cute? I don't know? Well, it's been almost a year since I wore contacts? I was spectacle-less the whole of yesterday, just for her!~ *muak muak*
