Nice date, Friday, April 7th ....
But bloody hell! Why so torturous?
Oh, maybe it's just now. WEEKEND LOOMS ACROSS THE YONDER, and I am having very itchy hands and feet.
I wana go MAD FLEMMINGS *again* ley ZZZzzzZZ. Heh. Sianz la.
Anyway, GOOD NEWS. Please stand by:-
Sellers' solicitors have spitted out the amount of initial deposit for the purchase of the property in the clients' account. Now the tricky part is the 1% paid to seller directly. All this bull crap which is an elaborate scam to make us purchase something worthless. Well, we had an EXPENSIVE lesson. Not witholding the fees payable to OUR lawyer, we had incurred > SGD 1k to-date.
As we speak, the monies are deposited into our joint account *does little victory dance with a twist to the end*. Our solicitors informed us that sellers' solicitors seemed to have problem refunding us the 1%. Guessed as much. Told CC earlier. Kinda saw it coming. Those scum (Yayaya, you don't know the property you sell got RIP, you tell my dog see whether she believe you or not). I dunno WTF you mortgage the property for (since you own all 3 levels vertically) and is so eager to dispose the 3rd floor to me. Pfft.
All's well ends well. Today we bringing down Magic to pet shop to matchmake campanion for her. Hopefully she likes that huge Mini Schaunzer I mentioned earlier.
Well, is it time to go off now??? :/
Anyway weekend we looking at potential property. Keeping our fingers cross. Thanks to KBP who had kind wishes for us; appreciate it lots.
Cheers to the weekend *RAWR*

Short one just for you :)
Well, after a move to Tg Pagar, I finally met up with my ex-colleagues. I haven't seen them for almost 1 year! We chatted/joked alot and we had lunch yesterday. It's good to see them again, as we used to work together. We were quite anxious to update each other on the happenings "while you were gone".
Cheers to you gals, let's meet up soon, esp the someone who was banished to Tuas! COME BACK SOON TO TOWN OK? So that we can have lunch together!!! O_O
Firstly, I just discovered from them that I have blog-fans? Omg, stalkers who read my blog and do not comment/post on it! OMGOMG! Scary! WATCH OUT! I am being 'stalked' hahaha. Well, it's kinda nice to hear people reading your blog, at least I am updating them through my writings even though we haven't met for a long time.
Yesterday..
Jess went to collect her 'upgraded' big diamond. Hmmm it's really nice. Good riddance to the old one as it gave a mighty deep scratch on my Oris watch.. which I gave Jess (back). Haahahha. Then after dinner at Marche, we walked down to Mad Flemmings and caught the Blackburn v Wigan game and of course had a couple of drinks. Well, it's the third time in like 5 days we have been there. We went there on Thursday and Friday last week. :o
Last Sunday..
We saw a very huge male salt and pepper Mini Schaunzer. He's so sweet with a superb temperament to boot. Not to mention he's really smart and learnt how to shake hands in like 1 day. He's really heavy and is mostly black save the paws. He's very licky too. :) When we left the shop, he was giving us that piteous look of "Why aren't you bringing me home?" Awww, we thought of getting him as a campanion for Magic but he's a male and I don't want to risk population explosion. >.< And also worry that Magic might dislike him!
We also shopped for some clothes, bought Liam's gift (finally), saw a nice fashion show with glorious tall models. Yummy. Wanted to book a beach resort trip but alas, there is no more vacancy. We also ate nice japanese sashimi at our favourite Jap supermart and apparently we were still hungry and had to top it up with Ya Kun Toast (not to mention late at night we ate cheese macaroni). No wonder we had bad stomach for the next few days!
Last Saturday..
Got up really early, after having stoned myself from the night before outing. Slept for less than 3 hours and went to See Too Ann to visit Gramps. Miss him lots.... After that went to Orchard and endured some telemarketing talk. The soft, then the hard and rude. Pfft, as if I will be intimidated. In fact I walked away with 8 N stay/accomodation in any part of the world. Now remains the test whether we can execute it!
After that we went around Orchard and ate rubbish everywhere. Let's see, we had cocktail cheese sausages, shun kuay etc etc at the food area outside Tangs' basement. Then we trotted down to Tanglin Mall to eat some more lor. Jess had Tiramisu and Ice Cappucino I had some fruity ice drink. The bazaar was on, but we didn't see anything interesting to purchase. Not as if it is that cheap anyway. Quite LC ba. As Jess had dinner/business appointment, I took taxi from Tanglin Mall and dropped her off first before making my way back.
As the Man U game was on, I watched a little. But I was so shagged after having so few hours of rest, I turned off the TV and napped for 1 hour plus after seeing Man U trail by 1 goal. :( After I woke up in horrors, the game was over already!! OMG! The Arsenal v Villa game was on and I quickly checked the internet for the result. Woot! Man U managed to overcome the deficit and with Biringham holding Chelsea to a draw, 7 points doesn't seem so far for them to wrestle the title from incumbent leaders Chelsea!
Then Jess finished her dinner, but I hadn't had anything, so we went down to our favourite haunt- Jackson Centre to eat. Had really superb frog porridge but the cockles really suck. The standard of my regular seafood store is dropping. Sent back the overcooked cockles twice but doesn't improve the situation. And cockles are not fresh :( I seemed to have bad cockle luck anyway.
Last Friday..
I bought myself a Revue Thomen watch which is very cool. Swell eh? Cost less than Oris also. :p Kakakak. But I haven't got my receipt *worried* Jess and I met up with her ex-colleagues for dinner first at Sushi Tei (yummy), then adjourned for drinks at Mad Flemmings. Hehehe, one of them had to work night shift, so she missed the free flow of champagne (which was really nice) and joined us after she knocked off.
