Darling, glad you liked the flowers as well as the E-card. I was so afraid that you wouldn't like the flowers I got you. It looks really good in the picture, just like I imagined them to be: Dark red, sexy, sensual and classy. I hope the mere few stalks didn't disappoint you as I know I have been spoiling you with lavish gifts of large bouquets.
Something important is accomplished today: I signed the OTP for us both and we can look forward to signing the S&P soon.. Just have to wait for the POA to come in so that if the solicitor need to sight it, we could show it to them. For now I have just passed the balance of 4% cheque and the signed OTP to the Agent together with a copy of the POA and your IC. :)
