Good news!
The owner has accepted our offer and we (my mom and I) are going down to sign the option to purchase tomorrow evening. I suddenly feel weird now. Unbelievable feeling perhaps. Well, we managed to get the unit within our budget and also somewhere we like (as in neighbourhood).
I will call Jess up later to let her know the good news. :)
Today well, I am down with severe stomach flu. I think I got it from my sister anyway. Oh well. I showered Magic too.. She's tired and sleeping on my bed.
