Dried up and dehydrated like a dying cactus!
Felt so parched and thirsty. I felt a bit better after lunch and with some food in my stomach. Unfortunately, this triggered off a series of irregular loud fatulance however scentless it may be, it's quite embarassing to hear a loud [pfffffffffffffffft]
My dizziness isn't getting better.... whole body feels weak. I couldn't get to sleep/rest last night. Don't know why? Hopefully I will feel better tonight.

Now down payment is reduced to 10% (was 20%) and cash portion 5% (was 10%) only!!!! Well, it means that Jess and I can buy house soon no? Also, they allow properties with lower leases (e.g. min 30 years instead of previously 60) to obtain loans from banks. Previously, if you had wanted to buy a leasehold of 55 years property, you couldn't obtain a loan from the bank.
*to start looking for nice small quaint private area for us both to call home~*
