Just got back from work...
Today quite an unhappening day (Thu) so, come let's talk about the exciting Wednesday I had. :)
Well, after blogging the previous time, my sis and I went out from 3pm onwards. :) Of course, it was an impromptu thingy.... Dino.Bear wanted to get jeans and I figured out that it's the last time I am going to have time to shop for my CNY stuff, so off we went to town in search for the CNY stuff. I think we took a long time.... then after much searching around, I managed to get my bottom @ Jean Pierre.... It's so expensive... Grrrrr close to S$80. :/
Then very sianz 1/2.... I treated my sis and aLien to Gelare ice cream @ Far East. So ok lor, I myself had a Vanilla Bean, my sis had Choc Overload (what else could she eat anyway!!!) and aLien had Wild Strawberry. Gwen missed the treat because she had to have her stupid mango honey smoothie. HAHAHHAHAHA
Anyhow, we walked around very far and up to Taka and paragon... Then finally decided to eat dinner @ Mos Burger Taka there. Oooo forgot to tell you, a few more (4) friends joined us in the shopping spree. Heheheh do read Gwen's page for full details especially on her end as they went for KTV whilst my sis, Star and I went down to Chinatown. Heheh we certainly had fun browsing there and of course shopping for some festive goods. :) Let me see, we bought eel's 'float' 3 packets, and some nice waxed stuff (2 type of sausages -EXPENSIVE!!!, 3 waxed duck thighs- YUM! and 1 strip of 3-layer meat) I also explained to them about all the festive stuff like golden pineapple and the new thing in town- Buddha's palm!!! :P
Then after we walked much of the chinatown stretch, nice Star bought 2 thai coconuts and we shared. :) the meat too hard to be eaten though. After we almost walked the whole stretch, it started to drizzle. ZzzZZ But anyway, we kind of seen everything... Still cannot get my elusive top. Actually saw something I liked, but sooooooo big for me. So forget about buying it. I don't want to swim in it for CNY.
Then I took them to the bus-stop so that they can go home. I then proceeded to try to look for the Xen Studio where Jess is at... I conveniently went to the wrong place..... ZEN pub ktv.... :( Anyway, the stupid signage for Xen is not open..... Zzzz
As she can't celebrate CNY, so we just browsed... didn't purchase anything... Just bought some packets of ready-peeled chestnuts... Haven't eaten that yet. I am now sneezing.. (2.45am) So, I think it's time to go. Laterz
